If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Items sent back without following this process will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs

International customers: Return shipping is at your own cost.

UK customers: We provide a Royal Mail return label. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. (Exchanges do not incur a shipping fee.)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email care@criminaldamage.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the issue as soon as possible. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will work to provide a satisfactory solution.

Gift cards

Sale items cannot be refunded. We are happy to offer exchange or store credit if stock allows. Gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and approved.

Please email care@criminaldamage.co.uk with your exchange request so we can confirm stock availability.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your authorised return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

We are conscious of our environmental footprint, and returns are one of the biggest challenges for any e-commerce brand.
